SEBE
A “sebe”, as it is called in León, is a hedge, usually alive, although not always, formed by a link of branches, flexible rods, sticks and brambles, supported by large trees, which has been used in all regions of the old Kingdom to close orchards, fields and above all, meadows. Besides, the “sebe” is a formidable hotbed of plant and animal life.
